Quality cafe, my first time but was recommended. Sweet tooth and Cyrstal Bomb do the job nicely if you like walking round with your eyes pressed into the back of your head! Quality service good atmosphere and football on TV all day and night!

I go to Amsterdam on a regular basis with a group of friends. Our first port of call is always the Highway. Why? Well, because the atmosphere is second to none, the music is a wide and diverse mix, and by far the best seats in the house are the two tables at the window, definitely the best window for people watching in Amsterdam. It also helps that "Shoarma Teddy" (the best kebabs in town) is right across from Highway. The staff are excellent and informative, a wide selection of goods and everything is first class. Advice from an Amsterdam, regular? Try Highway, you won't be disappointed! Try their 'Bubblegum' weed.

Although this place is off the beaten path, it is well worth the side trek. The warm comfortable atmosphere combined with the great prices and free sampling earn the top honors in my book.. Frequenting the Am' a few times, I always seem to find myself back at the highway. Cheaper then the bigger named and better placed shops, u are welcome to a cold drink with a purchase, and a wide assortment of tools to help u with consumption. Their White Widow and Hindu Kush is by far the best I have found anywhere. Best of all, you get about 1.5x the amount as you would at the more known easier found places. Well worth the find.
