Located in the Centrum, and not well marked as a coffeeshop, we happened upon it whilst making a quick exploration of Drachten (the Cool name warranted an exit from the highway between Groningen and Sneek). Kind of looks like an old Buddhist temple or something from the outside. Roomy, pleasant staff and clientele (I think they were a bit surprised to find tourists in the shop, as Drachten is one of those modern type Dutch towns, with very little sign of the old style architecture, and probably not often visited by foreign tourists), anyway the traveling companion was well satisfied with her purchase. The customers were mainly sitting at the bar, chatting quietly among themselves, reading the daily paper, etc. Pleasant stop.
